Name, contact details, professional/institutional details, category-specific documents (photo, ID card, or degree certificate as applicable), and payment proof you upload during registration. If you arrive via GCOI single sign-on, we read your existing GCOI member profile to prefill your registration.
Solely to process your congress registration: verifying your category and payment, issuing your registration status, and contacting you about the congress. Uploaded documents are reviewed only by authorised congress administration staff.
